To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy to clients with lower to moderate acuity issues in a fully remote environment, focusing on maintaining a consistent caseload and delivering evidence-based care. Key responsibilities Conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up therapy sessions remotely for clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal administrative tasks Make independent treatment decisions while collaborating with a network of psychiatrists for referrals and support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed care is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort in a fast-paced outpatient environment
