Kentucky Licensed Revenue Cycle Educator

To support the training of Customer Service Representatives, the fully remote Kentucky Licensed Revenue Cycle Educator will conduct end-user training classes, maintain classroom materials, and assist in evaluating course content while residing in Kentucky or select states. Key responsibilities Conduct end-user training classes for Customer Service Representatives, focusing on mentorship for new hires Maintain and update classroom materials and assist in evaluating course content Cross-train in other areas of the revenue cycle as needed and maintain student records Required qualifications Five years of combined experience in patient accounting, customer service, financial, or insurance environments Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience with EPIC is a plus
