Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Pharmacy Technician will manage prescription work, coordinate medication deliveries, and provide customer service in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Proactively calls patients to schedule and coordinate medication deliveries while collecting co-payments Ensures continuity of care and timely shipping of orders, addressing patient inquiries and complaints effectively Documents prescription billing in compliance with Medicare/DMEPOS regulations and communicates relevant information to supervisors Required qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy technician experience required Familiarity with pharmacy terminology, billing, and medication classifications is essential Pharmacy Technician Certification is required; certification from PTCB is preferred Must be registered with the Board of Pharmacy
