Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker

To support expanding access to mental healthcare across Kentucky, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide 15-22 telehealth sessions per week, delivering individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults in a fully remote setting. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and complete timely, accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) Required qualifications An active Kentucky independent license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) Experience working with children, adolescents, and families or a passion for serving this population The ability to work independently in a virtual environment Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills A commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
