Kentucky Licensed Caseworker

Providing emergency assistance and support to military members and their families, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Caseworker will manage client interactions, assess needs, and coordinate services while working remotely on a third shift schedule from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Key responsibilities Interview callers and coordinate requests for service, including recording client information and determining eligibility for assistance Compose and deliver emergency communication messages to military locations and provide follow-up actions for timely client service Collaborate with other Red Cross units to ensure comprehensive case management and support for clients in distress Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including one year in a social service agency or contact center Familiarity with medical terminology and the military community Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong communication skills, with a typing speed of 40 wpm or higher
