Kentucky Licensed Caseworker

Providing critical support to military members and their families, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Caseworker will manage client inquiries, assess needs, and coordinate emergency assistance in a remote environment with a rotating schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Interview callers and coordinate requests for service, including recording client information and determining eligibility for assistance Deliver emergency communication messages to military locations and perform related case activities to ensure timely client service Collaborate with other Red Cross units to provide comprehensive case management services and follow-up actions Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, including one year in a social service agency or contact center Familiarity with medical terminology and the military community Proven customer-focused experience with strong communication skills and a typing speed of 40 wpm or higher Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while demonstrating strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
