Kentucky Licensed Call Specialist

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time Kentucky Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and enrollment activities while working remotely, focusing on recruiting and retaining participants and coordinating with the research team. Key responsibilities Utilize effective outreach and engagement methods to drive participant enrollment and retention Screen and enroll eligible patients in the All of Us research program, providing thorough program overviews and answering questions Conduct daily phone outreach and engagement activities, scheduling appointments for program enrollment and retention tasks Required qualifications Associate's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience Familiarity with public health research concepts and participatory research Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
