Kentucky Licensed Assessment Clinician

To enhance access to behavioral health services, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Assessment Clinician will perform comprehensive evaluations, coordinate treatment plans with medical teams, and conduct outreach to referral sources, operating in a hybrid environment that includes both remote and onsite assessments. Key responsibilities Evaluate individuals seeking behavioral health and substance use treatment, determining provisional diagnoses and treatment recommendations Coordinate level-of-care expectations with physicians and external agencies, presenting clinical information to ensure appropriate care Conduct assessments remotely and on-site across various populations, while maintaining strong relationships with community referral sources Required qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling/clinical psychology, marriage & family therapy, mental health counseling, or a closely related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, including assessment and crisis intervention Valid Driver's License and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Safe Crisis Management (SCM) training to be obtained within thirty days of hire Reliable internet connection for remote assessments and ability to maintain confidentiality in the home setting
