To support individuals in their recovery journey, the full-time Kentucky Licensed Access Provider will conduct intake evaluations, initiate medication-assisted treatment (MAT) via telemedicine, and collaborate with care teams to ensure effective patient transitions while working remotely within Kentucky. Key responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations and initiate MAT, primarily using buprenorphine-based treatments Deliver care through telemedicine, expanding access to treatment for patients in multiple markets Support patients intensively during the first four weeks of treatment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for ongoing care transitions Required qualifications MD/DO, NP (FNP or APRN), or PA with an active, unrestricted license Experience treating opioid use disorder (OUD) with buprenorphine (1+ year preferred) Background in behavioral health, primary care, or addiction medicine Comfort with telemedicine and technology-enabled care delivery Commitment to compassionate, recovery-oriented, patient-centered care
