Kento Machine OperatorA Kento Machine Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring Kento machinery used in the manufacturing process to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. This position ensures machines are properly set up, maintained, and operated while meeting production, quality, and safety standards.Key Responsibilities:Operate Kento machines and related production equipment according to established procedures.Set up machines for production runs, including adjustments and changeovers as needed.Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure quality standards are met.Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with specifications.Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger mechanical concerns to maintenance personnel.Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line.Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment.Assist with other manufacturing duties as assigned by supervisors.Qualifications:Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.Ability to read work orders, production schedules, and quality specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.Dependable attendance and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Work Environment:Fast-paced manufacturing environment.Exposure to moving machinery, noise, and varying temperatures.Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production demands.
