From floor management to team coaching, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Your responsibilities will include:Lead daily restaurant operations with poise, professionalism, and urgencyDeliver consistent, elevated hospitality as both host and experience guideDevelop and mentor front-of-house team members through feedback and leadershipManage guest flow, reservations, and high-volume service with precisionExecute and uphold all M Street standards and proceduresIdentify opportunities to add value to the guest experienceChampion organizational goals and shift priorities seamlessly when neededBuild a positive, accountable team culture rooted in data, communication, and trustMaintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shiftEnsuring compliance with all health and safety regulationsWhat We're Looking For: 3+ years of restaurant management experience (fine dining/high-volume preferred) Corporate and independent restaurant experience preferred A proven ability to lead, inspire, and hold teams accountable Strong interpersonal and communication skills Data-driven decision-making and process ownership Calm, solutions-oriented presence under pressure Flexibility, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement A genuine passion for hospitality and guest connection Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsWhy M Street?
