Kaspar Outdoors: Machine Operator (Day & Night)

Machine OperatorKaspar Outdoors is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and perform basic setups of CNC machines used in manufacturing high-quality components. This role is responsible for ensuring parts meet quality standards and that all work is performed safely and efficiently in alignment with production requirements.- Operate multiple CNC machines to meet production goals- Retrieve and input data using computer commands and graphic displays- Calculate machining parameters including feed rate, speed, tool size, and spindle location- Store and manage layout data in computer memory for repeatable processes- Transfer layout and part programs to storage devices- Perform initial quality control checks on all produced parts- Use digitizing equipment to create patterns, as needed- Follow all safety protocols including wearing required PPE- All other duties as assigned by management- Understanding of quality workmanship standards- Blueprint reading and basic math proficiency- Familiarity or willingness to learn Fanuc, Haas, and Mitsubishi controllers- Strong visual inspection skills and quality-at-the-source mindset- Clear interpersonal communication and teamwork- CNC machine operation and setup experience- 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred- Willingness to learn and operate advanced equipmentWork is performed both indoors and outdoors in varying environmental conditions including loud noise, heat, humidity, and exposure to airborne particles.
