Kansas Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Kansas Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, managing a consistent caseload of clients with lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying minimal administrative burden and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Maintain a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and minimal crisis-call responsibilities Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with an in-house referral network Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
