Providing frontline technical support, the full-time Kansas Licensed Systems Technician will manage client inquiries related to personal computers, Microsoft 365, and basic connectivity issues, ensuring exceptional customer service while working onsite, remotely, or in the field as needed. Key responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for client support requests, managing ticket documentation and troubleshooting technical issues Collaborate with technical team members to resolve client issues and participate in knowledge-sharing activities Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and contribute to knowledge base articles and SOP updates Required qualifications: Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience 1-3 years of experience in technical support or related IT support roles Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+, Google IT Support Professional Certificate, or Microsoft Fundamentals certifications preferred Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications Valid driver's license
