Providing virtual medical assessments, the part-time or full-time Kansas Licensed PA or NP will conduct telehealth evaluations and triage patients remotely, with afternoon shifts starting at 11 AM, 12 PM, or 1 PM CST. Key responsibilities: Conduct virtual patient assessments and triage, ensuring adherence to Optum Serve policies Document patient care plans and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines, including HIPAA Manage new medical issues and follow up on ongoing conditions while collaborating with healthcare team members Required qualifications: Master's Degree in a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited university Valid and unrestricted PA or NP license in Kansas, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses At least 1 year of clinical experience as a PA or NP, including patient assessments for various conditions Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation Willingness to work one weekend rotation per month as part of the schedule
