Kansas Licensed IAS Consultant

Providing technical and operational support within Integrated Absence Solutions Practice, the full-time Kansas Licensed IAS Consultant will partner with clients to assess their absence management needs, deliver expert guidance on leave regulations, and lead the implementation of absence management programs in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Partner with clients to assess absence management needs and recommend customized solutions Act as a trusted advisor, delivering insights and strategies to optimize client absence programs Oversee the ongoing administration of absence programs, ensuring compliance and effective communication Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in absence management, benefits administration, or human resources consulting Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local leave regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS or absence management systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
