Kansas Licensed Care Management Manager

Overseeing a long-term care management team for HCBS services, the full-time Kansas Licensed Care Management Manager will ensure compliance with regulations, manage team performance, and drive quality healthcare outcomes in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Directs documentation and compliance efforts for long-term care management in accordance with federal and state regulations Monitors team assignments and caseloads while tracking performance against goals for cost-effective healthcare results Educates and coaches long-term care management leaders to enhance member and provider experiences Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required 6+ years of related experience, including prior management experience Experience leading larger teams in a fast-paced environment preferred Knowledge of long-term care management policies and procedures Ability to identify process improvements and present findings to senior leadership
