ATTC Manufacturing seeks a Kaizen Engineer to drive continuous improvement in our precision automotive parts facility. In this hands-on role, you will analyze machining and assembly processes, lead Kaizen events, and implement lean tools such as 5S, standardized work, and visual management. You’ll partner with engineering, production, and leadership to reduce waste, improve safety, and boost quality and throughput.
Using data-driven problem solving, you will document new standards, train team members, and support a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing process optimization.
