K12- Project Manager

Seeking a K-12 Project Manager to oversee educational construction projects from start to finish. This individual will manage multiple projects, coordinate with key stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Location: Dayton, OH

Compensation: $118,000 + Bonuses

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, budgets, schedules, and overall project delivery.
• Coordinate with Owners, architects, design professionals, subcontractors, trades, and internal teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage construction schedules.
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently and proactively resolve project issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• K-12 (education) construction experience preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing construction schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and Owners.
