- Developing and monitoring programs.
- Job placement (work-study positions).
- Mentoring services.
- Tutorial and study group assistance.
- Internship placement.
- Career counseling.
- Child care service referrals.
- Job shadowing placement.
- Retention counseling.
- Workplace coaching.
- Record-keeping.
- Evaluation of programs per grant requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years' experience counseling adults.
