K-8 Student Growth Coach — On-site Dorado

Alpha School is hiring for an in-person role at our Dorado, Puerto Rico campus. You will coach K-8 students one-on-one and in small groups, using adaptive learning dashboards and Coachbot analytics to move learners toward mastery.

With 3+ years of direct K-8 experience and a Bachelor's degree, you’ll design and lead interactive life-skills workshops, conduct Test2Pass assessments, and hold students to high standards, while enjoying weekly pay and a strong benefits package.
