K-8 Principal: Data-Driven School Leader

Wichita Public Schools is seeking a K-8 Principal for the school year. The role leads the school’s instructional program, develops a shared vision with stakeholders, and drives the district's goals for student achievement.

Responsibilities include implementing improvement plans, using data to guide action, hiring and evaluating staff, and maintaining a safe, collaborative, high-expectations learning environment.
