K-3 Impact Program Director

Alpha is hiring a Program Director to coach Guides and students using performance data, run one-hour live workshops, and own a K-3 cohort on campus in Austin, TX or Scottsdale, AZ with relocation support. This role centers on hands-on leadership and measurable student progress.

You’ll build playbooks, train Guides, and scale successful practices as the team grows, maintaining deep classroom engagement and a focus on outcomes.
