Job Summary

As a K-3 General Associate, you will be an important part of supporting staff and students in creating a safe, joy-filled, and engaging schoolwide learning environment. The role may be part-time as a job-share opportunity or full-time.
Your contributions may include
- Supporting classroom teachers with engaging learning experiences
- Working with small groups of students to reinforce and extend learning
- Building positive relationships that help students feel known, supported, and successful
- Providing flexible support across Kindergarten through 3rd grade classrooms throughout the day
- Supporting a safe, positive experience for students during lunch, recess, and arrival/dismissal
Qualifications
High School Diploma required
Mandatory Reporter certificates (if available)
