K-12 Dining Services Director: Culinary Leadership

Chartwells K-12 in Swampscott, MA is seeking a Director of Dining Services to lead our K-12 dining program and drive strategic planning and operational excellence for the district.

This role oversees a team of managers and frontline staff, manages the annual budget, ensures quality and safety standards, and builds strong client relationships. A Bachelor’s in Food Services/Management or equivalent experience is preferred; 5+ years in foodservice management is expected.
