Justice AdministratorLocation: 89 Washington Avenue Albany New York 12234Duration: 5 Months Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMRequirementsThis individual will utilize DCJS and portal system to print criminal history rap sheets for new applicants and assign to investigators, accurately enter criminal history information into TEACH for investigator review, correspond with NYC DOE regarding arrest information for applicants, accurately transfer/request information from internal/external customers, work on weekly reports for fingerprint clearances, pull folders and assign cases to investigators in TEACH system, assist with and perform other administrative tasks as necessary for in-taking data and addressing higher level customer service matters involving email, mail and other incoming/outgoing correspondence, and answer the OSPRA customer service line as needed. The individual will also be required to utilize MS Outlook, MS Word, Adobe. Special Condition: Fingerprinting through the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (DCJS) is required for employment.
