We are looking for a Vendor Program Specialist to support the management of SaaS applications, software licensing, vendor processes, and internal approval workflows.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support a portfolio of SaaS platforms including Smartsheet, Adobe, Monday.com, DocuSign, Articulate, and Miro
- Manage and track software licenses and expiration dates
- Support approval workflows and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist employees and managers with licensing and SaaS-related needs
- Communicate with stakeholders across the organization
- Handle routine requests independently and escalate exceptions when needed
What we’re looking for:
- Experience with software/SaaS license administration
- Background in data management, tracking, reporting, or documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working within established processes while handling day-to-day needs independently
- Experience with vendor/program support or process management is a plus
