Junior Trial Attorney

Junior Litigation Associate - New York

Our client is an Am law 100 firm, seeking a junior litigation associate with 1-3 years of experience for its New York office. This role involves a variety of litigation matters including intellectual property, trademark, employment and other commercial litigation matters, with opportunities for motion and trial practice. The salary for this position is between $225k to $270k.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial litigation, which may include trademark, intellectual property, employment or other litigation matters.
• Experience with all phases of litigation preferred, including drafting pleadings, performinng discovery, motion practice, trial and appeal.
• Interest in taking depositions, oral arguments, motion drafting, and other hands-on litigation work.
• New York bar admission is required, or ability to become admitted in New York. New Jersey bar is a plus (not required),
• Excellent research and writing skills; strong academic credentials.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
