Supporting pre-development activities, the full-time Junior Telecom Agile Analyst will conduct user research, create detailed process flows, gather requirements, and translate business needs into automated systems while collaborating with stakeholders in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and refine epics, support backlog grooming, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure clear understanding and prioritization of requirements Document current and future-state processes, identifying efficiency opportunities, and drive process optimization with stakeholders Conduct user research to create comprehensive PMO and FMO process documentation and manage product backlog for development teams Required qualifications BA/BS and 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst or in similar roles Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams Proven experience in creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence
