Providing Sprinklr admin configuration services, the part-time Junior Technical Solutions Consultant will optimize platform usage to meet client needs, enhance ROI through automation, and improve user experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Resolve Sprinklr tasks assigned via the request ticketing system Create and QA Sprinklr configurations to ensure optimal platform usage Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot and investigate issues within Sprinklr Required qualifications: Demonstrated technical aptitude in programming or software deployment management, preferably with Sprinklr or similar platforms Completion or near completion of a BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, or related fields Some programming experience is desired Social media literacy and proficiency are preferred Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to client satisfaction
