Job Summary:
RAPP, a customer experience agency focusing on precision marketing solutions, is seeking a Tech Ops Engineer to support their Campaigns teams by optimizing campaigns and ensuring personalized experiences that drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Pega Decisioning Architects and Strategy Enablement teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities using data-driven insights and advanced analytics.
- Develop and implement new campaigns using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
- Work closely with the Pega Decisioning Architect, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Leverage Pega monitoring tools to track campaign performance, identify issues, and ensure high availability.
- Use Pega’s simulation tools to test and validate campaign strategies before deployment.
- Manage and monitor predictive and adaptive models to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for campaigns and optimization strategies.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Pega campaigns using tools like Pega Diagnostic Cloud.
- Stay updated with Pega features, patches, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
- Identify and escalate critical issues promptly.
- Create and manage JIRA tickets for bugs and tasks.
- Coordinate support tickets with Pega or third-party vendors for complex issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2-3 years experience in Pega decisioning and related technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in cross-channel marketing campaign development.
- Proficiency in Pega monitoring tools (SMA, PDC, PLA, AES), simulation tools (VBD, Scenario Planner), and model tools (ADM, PAD).
- Experience troubleshooting Pega campaigns.
- Experience managing support tickets with Pega or vendors.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
Preferred:
- T3 Security Clearance.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning within Pega.
