The Financial Industry Group of Reed Smith LLP is currently seeking a Junior Associate to join the firm's rapidly growing structured finance practice in New York. Successful candidates will have one to two years of general finance experience, strong academic credentials, and a demonstrated interest in collateralized loan obligation transactions. Experience representing investment banks and/or asset managers in structured finance matters is preferred but not required.

$225,000 - $235,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith’s pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
