Key Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and validate financial reporting against source system data
- Research discrepancies and assist with resolving reconciling items in a timely manner
- Support cash application and transaction review activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate records while meeting established deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of accounting, finance, reconciliation, accounts receivable, or related experience
- Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or XLOOKUPs)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite and remote Fridays. Initial training schedule will align with team needs.
