Detail-oriented and methodical, the full-time Junior Software QA Tester will write test plans, execute manual and automated testing, and collaborate with developers to ensure software quality, all while working remotely with occasional travel to client sites. Key responsibilities Write clear and thorough test plans and test cases based on application requirements and client business rules Execute manual and automated testing across web and desktop applications, identifying and documenting software bugs Collaborate with developers and project managers to clarify requirements and confirm fixes, while performing regression testing Required qualifications 1 to 3 years of experience in software testing, including writing test plans and bug reports Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing lifecycle Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as .NET, SQL Server, and Azure Ability to learn new business domains quickly, with manufacturing or ERP system exposure being a strong plus Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is preferred
