Role Overview
Help improve AI performance on real-world software engineering tasks by evaluating generated code, creating rigorous coding challenges, and providing technical feedback on model reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, quality, and design.
- Create challenging coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases.
- Review model reasoning related to software architecture, debugging, and system design.
- Provide detailed written technical feedback to improve model performance.
Qualifications
- At least one year of software engineering experience at a top technology company, with at least part of this experience within the past 3 years.
- Strong skills in system design, code review, debugging, algorithms, data structures, and software architecture.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly in writing.
- Based in an English-speaking country.
Work Terms
- Remote contractor engagement.
Compensation
- $150 to $200 per hour.
