Summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative engineering team. The ideal candidate has experience with at least one of the following core technologies—C#, JavaScript, or SQL—and is excited to expand their skill set. Familiarity with AI technologies (such as machine learning libraries, LLMs, or AI APIs) is a strong plus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of software applications
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional team members
- Troubleshoot and debug applications
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
- Learn and adopt new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed
- Support integration of AI-driven features or workflows (if applicable)
- Actively promote GUEST customer service standards; develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization
- Participate in team concepts and promote a team effort; perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Practical experience with C#, JavaScript, or SQL (at least one)
- Basic understanding of software development principles
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Passion for learning new technologies and improving technical skills
- Familiarity with AI technologies
