Junior ServiceNow Developer – AI-Assisted DevelopmentCGI is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer to support technology initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will focus on designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and workflows, with an emphasis on using AI assisted development tools to improve delivery speed, code quality, and automation. We partner with 15 of the top 20 banks globally, and our top 10 banking clients have worked with us for an average of 26 years! This role is located at a client site in either Lafayette, LA, Knoxville, TN, Columbia, SC or Birmingham, AL. A hybrid working model is acceptable.The ideal candidate will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and platform owners to enhance ServiceNow capabilities, support integrations, and contribute to scalable solutions in an AWS heavy enterprise environment. This role requires strong hands on ServiceNow development experience, comfort working in regulated environments, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.Required qualifications to be successful in this role include:2 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, forms, and business rulesStrong understanding of ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow DesignerExperience supporting ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or similar toolsFamiliarity with AI assisted development tools and the ability to use them responsibly to accelerate coding, testing, documentation, or troubleshootingWorking knowledge of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service CatalogExperience in cloud-based environments, preferably AWS heavy enterprise ecosystemsAbility to work in a financial services or other highly regulated environment with strong attention to security, auditability, and complianceComfortable collaborating with business users, architects, QA teams, and DevOps teams to deliver maintainable platform solutionsStrong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex workflow or integration issuesGood communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audienceDesired Skillset:Current ServiceNow Developer Certification preferredITIL certification is not explicitly required, but knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and CMDB is expectedEducation:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferredOther Information:CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
