Junior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist

Supporting the full revenue cycle in a remote setting, the full-time Junior Revenue Cycle Management Specialist will manage claim submissions, monitor unpaid claims, and assist with provider credentialing while ensuring accurate billing and accounts receivable follow-up. Key responsibilities Support claim submission to ensure timely, accurate billing Monitor claim status and follow up on unpaid or denied claims Manage accounts receivable, including aging follow-up and collections Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, or related healthcare administrative role High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred Working knowledge of the insurance workflow, including claims lifecycle and denial management Familiarity with provider credentialing and payer enrollment concepts Understanding of accounts receivable and A/R follow-up
