Key Responsibilities Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work and errors across revenue cycle processes Translate complex revenue cycle workflows into clear requirements and technical blueprints for scalable solutions Serve as the design authority, documenting process maps and technical specifications to guide development and maintenance Required Qualifications 4+ years of hands-on revenue cycle experience in billing, coding, claims, denials, and/or collections Experience in automation design integrating diverse system interfaces and data exchange standards Strong AI fluency with practical understanding of agentic workflows and automation Motivation to learn and build with tools like Claude Code for designing agentic solutions Ability to communicate complex revenue cycle concepts to technical audiences effectively
