Junior Proposal Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator - Tampa, FLInfrastructure Consulting & Engineering, LLC is currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Marketing Department in Tampa / Gulf Region as a Marketing Coordinator responsible for preparing responses to Requests for Qualifications/Proposals. This individual must be detail oriented and able to lead pursuit teams in the development of responses with little supervision while ensuring accuracy, readability and overall quality.Position Summary: Position will be responsible for assisting with the documentation associated with the development of Letters of Responses (LORs) to FDOT Divisions for CEI work. Additional responsibilities will include assisting / leading the preparation of Proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for Florida Aviation and Florida municipality solicitations.

This individual must be detail oriented and able to lead pursuit teams with little supervision while ensuring accuracy, readability, and overall quality.Position Responsibilities:Development of LORs, Proposals and SOQsTechnical writing, editing and proofreadingProduction of proposal/qualification package and other marketing materialsPreparation of standard documents in conformance with Owner/Client standardsCoordination and facilitation of project pursuit meetingPreparation of Corporate and project specific presentationsUpdating and maintaining company-wide resumes and project profilesOther duties as requestedQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferredExperience within the engineering/architectural industry preferredExperience with InDesign a plusGraphic design experience a plusCreative thinking with a positive attitudeHigh attention to detail and excellent time management and organizational skillsMust have MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) experienceStrong written and communication skills requiredUS Citizen or Legal ResidentPhysical Demands: Must be able to work in a sedentary position for up to ten hours per day.Expected Hours of Work: This position is a full-time position. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with one unpaid hour for lunch each day.
