🏢 Onsite: Monday–Wednesday | Remote: Thursday–Friday

⏳ Duration: 3 months + potential extension

💰 Pay Rate: $20–25/hr W2

Job Title: Associate IT&S Project Manager

TSR Consulting is seeking an Associate IT&S Project Manager to support the planning and execution of IT&S projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills to gain experience in an enterprise IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, maintain, and archive project documentation

• Support IT&S projects following established project lifecycle processes

• Track project interdependencies, constraints, and risks

• Prepare meeting agendas and summarize project/strategy meetings

• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and IT stakeholders

• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation

• Assist with project coordination and related activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 0–1 year of project coordination or project management experience

• Strong documentation and meeting-summary skills

• Excellent organization and attention to detail

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work within established project processes

Preferred:

• Familiarity with project lifecycle frameworks

• Experience with project/portfolio dependency tracking

• Exposure to process improvement initiatives
