citizenship is required.Job Summary:Utilize engineering background to manage project scope and deliverables including hardware procurement and tracking, facilitate internal and external communication, promote teamwork, drive team to project completion meeting schedule and budget commitments, track and report progress, identify and solve problems.Essential Functions:Review and Understand Customer Statement of WorkContinuously monitor tasks, team assignments and supplier commitment datesDevelop and maintain project schedulesTrack / Manage HardwareUnderstand Technical Package for Hardware ProcurementMaintain Bill of MaterialReport status to Project Manager and customerOrganize meetings and record meeting minutesInterface and facilitate communication with the team and customerCommunicate, both written and verbally, with all stakeholders at all levelsCoordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers and management to facilitate smooth project execution.Identify areas that require attention and drive to resolution (problem solving)Work with management to develop resource needsRequirements (Education & Experience):Bachelor's degree in engineering (strong preference for Industrial Engineer)0-5 years experience in an engineering services environment or related fieldHas knowledge and familiarity with jet engines or turbine componentsExcellent organizational skills to manage multiple projectsDemonstrates a high level of ownership and accountabilityProficient MS365 Suite with emphasis on Project, Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with SAP, Jira, Teamcenter and Power BI a plusMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to multi-task as requiredAbility to own a project and see it to completionAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environmentAbility to work under time pressure and meet aggressive deadlinesLocation: Jupiter, FL - on-siteEqual Employment Opportunity:We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
