Junior Program Analyst

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time Junior Program Analyst will manage program planning, track schedules and deliverables, and prepare metrics and reports for the Operational Informatics Pipeline (OIP) contract, working within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. Key responsibilities Support program planning, including preparation for Planning Interval (PI) Planning and roadmap updates Maintain integrated schedules and track deliverables against due dates while managing risk and issue logs Collect program metrics and prepare biweekly sprint reports and status updates in Jira Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in program planning or analysis Experience tracking schedules, metrics, or risks and preparing status reports Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Ability to obtain and maintain a VA background investigation; must reside and work in the U.S
