Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering solutions.
- Support senior engineers in project planning, documentation, and execution.
- Conduct research, gather data, and perform basic analysis to support engineering decisions.
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications under supervision.
- Participate in team meetings, site visits, and client interactions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and company policies.
- Continuously learn and apply new engineering tools, software, and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical) from an ABET accredited institution.
- Internship or co-op experience preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, etc.).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
