To support a secure application-hosting platform for federal environments, the full-time Junior Platform Engineer will manage tenant issues and service requests, troubleshoot technical problems across various systems, and contribute to platform improvements while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage tenant issues and service requests from initial intake through resolution Troubleshoot problems involving Kubernetes, application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services Document solutions and identify opportunities for automation and platform enhancements Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in platform engineering, cloud engineering, DevOps, or technical support Foundational understanding of Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD concepts Experience troubleshooting technical issues methodically Familiarity with Git, command-line tools, and infrastructure or application logs U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a security clearance
