Providing support to project teams, the full-time Junior Pharmacovigilance Officer will manage Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), ensure compliance with regulations, and assist in various pharmacovigilance processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities Process and follow up on Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in accordance with regulatory requirements and client specifications Support pharmacovigilance processes related to ICSR management and assist in the training of junior team members Handle product quality complaints and interact with medical information and quality assurance teams Required qualifications Healthcare-related degree in life sciences or biomedical fields (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science) Demonstrated experience in pharmacovigilance case processing Fluency in English (spoken and written) Proficiency in MS Office and technical skills relevant to the role Strong organizational and planning skills
