Providing technical support and assistance, the full-time Junior Operations Technician will engage with clients on hydroelectric equipment installations and operations while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality metrics in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Deliver technical support to clients regarding hydroelectric equipment installations and operations Maintain daily communication with clients and technicians about equipment status and issues Ensure adherence to quality standards and internal procedures while participating in relevant training Required qualifications Completed technical education in Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Electronics, or Mechatronics Practical experience with the operation, maintenance, and installation of hydroelectric equipment is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to work on-site in Igarapava/SP
