Junior/Mid-Level Debt Financing Associate

Overview

• The role involves structuring and negotiating commercial loan facilities and other secured transactions.


• You will counsel venture-backed and public companies across all aspects of debt financing and secured transactions.


• Expect significant client contact, including interactions with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds.


• Previous experience at a BigLaw firm or recognized debt finance boutique is required.


• A strong interest in working with tech and life sciences companies and venture funds is valued.


• Requires demonstrated experience representing either lenders or borrowers in diverse debt finance transactions, specifically including venture debt, recurring revenue loans, asset-based lending, and fund finance, for both private and public companies.


• Experience with both bilateral and syndicated loan structures is a plus.
