The team is small, entrepreneurial, globally distributed, and growing quickly under new executive leadership.Position SummaryThe Junior Marketing Associate will own the recruitment, growth, and management of the company's global rider and driver research panels, which power the data behind its flagship pricing intelligence and published research reports.

This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that blends growth marketing, community operations, panel management, and light data analysis across international markets. The ideal hire is a scrappy, globally-minded marketing operator who is equally comfortable launching paid acquisition campaigns, jumping into local driver WhatsApp groups, and reporting on panel KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Driver Panel ManagementExecute multi-channel recruitment strategies across email, driver communities, social media groups, WhatsApp, and niche driver platformsIdentify and implement automation and system improvements to streamline onboarding and lower Cost Per AcquisitionHire and manage local brand representatives in key international markets to support on-the-ground recruitmentPartner with engineering teams to source specific driver segments for technical testing in new and expanding marketsGlobal Rider Panel ManagementScale rider panels using a mix of organic outreach (email, social) and paid acquisition channels including Google Ads and MetaManage and consistently hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets to ensure research teams have adequate sample sizesOperations and Participant ExperienceDesign, oversee, and distribute incentive and rewards programs to drive participation and retentionServe as the primary point of contact for panel members, resolving issues and maintaining a strong community brand reputationOversee the distribution of user surveys and assist in synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for marketing and product teamsData and ReportingMonitor and report on panel health via dashboards and spreadsheetsSupport the broader marketing team with creative asset requests, copywriting for recruitment, and special projectsRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or market researchStrong spreadsheet fluency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to translate numbers into performance trendsExperience with CRM tools, survey software (Typeform, Qualtrics, or similar), and basic working knowledge of paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta)Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse communities globallyA scrappy, hands-on mindset and willingness to work directly inside WhatsApp groups, local forums, and community channels to find the right participantsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning weekly and monthly KPIsAvailable during US time zonesPreferred QualificationsDirect experience in the mobility, rideshare, gig economy, or two-sided marketplace spacePrior work at a research panel provider or user research operations functionMultilingual capabilities, particularly Spanish, Portuguese, French, Hindi, or ArabicInternational living, working, or recruiting experience in LATAM, EMEA, or APAC marketsExperience with marketing automation tools such as Zapier, HubSpot, Customer.io, or BrazeBackground working at an early-stage consumer startupWhy This RoleHigh-visibility ownership of the data engine behind a globally cited research and intelligence productDirect exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, and marketingRemote flexibility with the option for NYC-based hybrid workMission-driven culture focused on transparency, consumer empowerment, and the future of autonomous mobilityUnlimited vacation time and health and wellness stipend
