Junior Marketing Associate

Aurelius Consulting Group is expanding in Boston and looking for a Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on marketing position focused on bringing client campaigns directly to their audiences. You’ll gain experience working with live campaigns, communicating with customers, supporting promotional activity, and learning how successful marketing strategies translate into real-world results.

The Role

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you’ll work alongside our team to:

• Represent client campaigns across in-person marketing locations
• Engage with customers and communicate key campaign messages
• Help generate interest and increase brand awareness
• Provide information and answer customer questions
• Support promotional and customer acquisition activity
• Track campaign feedback and customer responses
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing marketing, communication, and leadership training
